The impact-type ultrafine grinding mill is a device that uses high-speed rotating crushing blades to impact and crush dry materials, followed by cyclone separation using airflow.

It consists of a feeding port, a collection tank, a crushing chamber, and a high-speed motor. The ultrafine grinding mill comprises coarse crushing, fine crushing, and pneumatic conveying devices, achieving crushing through high-speed impact.

The impact-type ultrafine grinding mill utilizes wind energy for one-step powder production, eliminating the traditional screening process.

Materials enter the crushing chamber through the feeding port and are crushed by high-speed rotating blades (23000 r/min). The high-speed rotation of the crushing blades also generates airflow, carrying the crushed material into the collection tank. The airflow is then discharged through the filter bag of the grinding mill, completing the crushing process.
