An air classifier is an ultra-fine grinding equipment that utilizes a rotating body (rod, hammer, plate, etc.) rotating at high speed around a horizontal or vertical axis to violently impact the material, causing it to collide with a fixed body or with other particles, thereby crushing the material.
The QF air classifier adopts advanced German classification technology and forms a classification system with a cyclone separator, dust collector, and induced draft fan. Under the suction force of the fan, the material enters the classification zone from the lower inlet of the classifier with the high-speed upward airflow. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification impeller, the coarse and fine materials are separated. Fine particles meeting the required particle size pass through the gaps between the classification wheel blades and enter the cyclone separator or dust collector for collection, separating the coarse and fine particles. Fine particles rise to the classification zone for secondary classification, while coarse particles descend to the discharge port.
Performance characteristics of the air classifier:
1. High output, low energy consumption, and high classification efficiency.
2. Concentrated particle size: This machine uses an independent vertical impeller for classification. Stable classification technology and special sealing measures effectively prevent the leakage of coarse particles, resulting in a product without large particles, concentrated particle size, and high classification accuracy.
3. Reasonable structure: It can produce 1-6 different particle size products simultaneously according to user requirements.
4. Strong applicability: It can be combined with various grinding mills (air mills, mechanical mills, ball mills, Raymond mills, vibration mills, etc.) to form a closed-loop or open-loop system.
5. High degree of automation: All levels of impeller classifiers use electronic frequency conversion stepless speed regulation. Electronic control is implemented in the automatic circulating multi-box dust collection process, with automatic dust cleaning, improving the stability of the overall negative pressure.
6. Widely used in chemical, mineral (especially suitable for the classification of non-metallic minerals such as calcium carbonate, kaolin, quartz, talc, mica, etc.), metallurgy, abrasives, ceramics, refractory materials, medicine, pesticides, food, health products, new materials, and other industries.
