Daily maintenance of screw press:
1. Before use, clean the parts in contact with the equipment and materials with cleaning solution.
2. When the extrusion operation is coming to an end, do not stop the operation of the machine directly. First, reduce the pressure of the hydraulic system to push the extruded and dehydrated material residues out of the forced door at the end of the screen bucket; or manually lift the forced door, and then let the machine continue to run for a period of time until the material residues in the screen bucket can no longer continue Exit the door, and then stop to clean the remaining material residue in the screen bucket.
3. During the operation of the machine, try to prevent excessive pressure, otherwise it will cause the machine to stop suddenly or the sieve bucket to break.
4. The oil temperature of the hydraulic system must not exceed 600°C. Due to the high pressure and rapid temperature rise of the hydraulic pump, it is recommended that the continuous operation of the high pressure of the oil pump should not exceed 30 minutes. The temperature rise of the bearings in the transmission system must not exceed room temperature for 40 minutes.
5. The machine is sharp during operation. Hard objects and metals entering the body will damage the parts of the body and affect the normal operation of the machine, which can be selected before the material is pressed.
6. If the machine is not used for a long time, all material residues in the machine body must be cleaned with a water gun, and oiled in a ventilated and dry place to protect rust-prone parts.
7. The oil in the hydraulic system should be kept clean. When refueling or changing the oil, the oil should be filtered with a 120-mesh filter.
8. The bearings of the transmission system should be regularly injected with lubricating grease for maintenance, the gearbox should be regularly injected with lubricating oil for maintenance, and the hydraulic oil tank should be regularly injected with hydraulic oil for maintenance.
Screw press dehydration process:
The delivery screw pushes the material entering the hopper towards the press screw. Under the resistance of the screen wall and the cone, the liquid (juice) contained in the material is squeezed out by reducing the screw pitch and increasing the shaft diameter of the pressing screw. The squeezed liquid flows out from the sieve hole and is concentrated in the juice bucket. The pressed pomace is discharged from the machine between the end of the screen drum and the cone, which is spring-mounted at the rear. By adjusting the pre-tightening force and position of the spring, the slag discharge resistance and the size of the slag outlet can be changed, and the dry humidity of the press can be adjusted.
The special spiral structure of the equipment changes the direction of resistance when pressing materials, basically eliminates the dependence on material friction, and solves the problem of matching with the crusher and feeding speed well. If the feed is less or even stopped, the compressor will still be dry, but it will also need to press the tail cone against the back.
The screw has its own propeller inside. The propeller can not only prevent the material from flowing back, but also play a slight crushing role. For some materials that need to reduce size and weight, it can achieve 50% dehydration and weight loss.
