The bottom diameter of the screw along the direction of the slag outlet gradually increases, and the pitch of the teeth gradually decreases. When the material is pushed by the screw, the material is squeezed due to the shrinkage of the volume of the screw cavity.

The rotation direction of the screw spindle is clockwise when viewed from the feed hopper to the slag tank. The raw materials are put into the hopper and pressed under the push of the screw, the squeezed juice flows into the juice extractor at the bottom through the filter screen, and the waste material is discharged through the gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulating head. The size of the gap can be adjusted by moving the pressure head along the axial direction. When the hand wheel bearing seat is transferred clockwise (from the slag discharge tank of the equipment to the feeding hopper), the pressure regulating head is turned to the left, the gap is narrowed, and the gap between them is increased. Changing the size of the gap, that is, adjusting the slag discharge resistance, can change the juice yield. However, if the gap is too small, some slag particles will be squeezed out through the filter screen together with the juice under strong extrusion. Although the juice increases, the quality of the juice is relatively low, and the size of the gap should be determined according to the customer's specific process standards.

What are the installation preparations for the large screw press dehydrator?

1. There are mobile universal wheels under the sound card frame of the large screw press dehydrator, which is very conducive to mobile work, but it must be placed on a flat ground;

2. Check whether the parts are not damaged, and tighten the anchor screws to see if the screws are loose;

3. Connect the switching power supply, start the light operation, and pay attention to whether the spiral rotation position is appropriate. Run at high speed for 30 minutes, check whether there are abnormal phenomena and noises at each rotating position, and whether the operation is stable;

4. Add a certain amount of lubricating grease to the reducer (refer to the operation manual), filter 6-8 liters of 40 automobile oil to the transmission device, and add appropriate lubricating oil to the seat bearing;

5. Before feeding, it is necessary to clean and scrub the parts that are in contact with raw materials, and pay attention to the reasonable grounding device of the equipment to avoid electric accidents.
