working principle:

Feed: The mixture enters the equipment through the feed port and is propelled by the screw propeller to the vicinity of the filter screen or filter basket.

Dehydration separation: Under the action of the propeller, the solid matter is pushed to the filter screen or filter basket. Due to the presence of the filter screen, solid particles cannot pass through, but the liquid part can enter the filter screen area through the filter screen.

Liquid discharge: Through the action of the filter screen, the liquid part is squeezed out, flows out from the pores of the filter screen, enters the discharge port through the filter screen area, and then is discharged from the equipment.

Solids Collection: Solid matter cannot pass through the strainer due to the resistance of the strainer and thus gradually accumulates around the strainer or basket. With the rotation of the screw propeller, the solid matter will continuously move towards the discharge port.

Discharge: The drier solid matter is eventually pushed to the discharge port and discharged from the equipment.
