Chuantai Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011 with a single focus: designing and manufacturing screw press dewatering machine that solves real problems in food waste processing, pharmaceutical extraction, paper pulp dewatering, tea and juice production, brewery and distillery operations, and agricultural waste management.

Over more than a decade, we have grown from a local supplier into an internationally recognised manufacturer, shipping screw press dewatering machines, dehydrators, and separators to customers in over 30 countries across Europe, Southeast Asia, the Americas, the Middle East, and Oceania.

We are not a trading company. Every machine sold under the Chuantai name is designed, fabricated, assembled, and tested within our own 15,000 m² facility in the Fangzi District of Weifang City — China's established hub for agricultural and environmental engineering equipment.

Modern CNC machining, precision fabrication, and a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015 ensure every machine meets the same standard — whether it's the first unit or the hundredth.

CNC Precision Machining

Our screw shafts, bearing housings, and screen frames are machined to tight tolerances on CNC lathes and milling centres. Consistent geometry means predictable performance in the field.

Pre-Shipment Testing

Every machine is test-run under load before dispatch. We verify motor operation, bearing temperature, seal integrity, and screen basket alignment — not just visual inspection.

Export Crating

Machines are prepared with anti-corrosion coating, secured in purpose-built wooden or steel crates, and documented for customs clearance. We handle export packaging in-house.
