These upgrades are specifically engineered for continuous 24/7 operation under high-torque loads from brewery waste, paper pulp, cow manure, and other demanding materials. Yes. The CTYZ-600 is designed and tested for continuous operation. Many installations run 16–24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The heavy-duty bearing arrangement and reinforced screw shaft are engineered for this duty cycle. Routine maintenance (bearing lubrication, screen inspection) is scheduled during planned downtime rather than being driven by equipment failure.
For most brewery applications, 304 stainless steel is sufficient. However, if your process involves acidic cleaning chemicals (CIP), high-chloride environments, or if you are processing materials with pH below 4.5, 316L is recommended for its superior corrosion resistance. We can provide material certificates for both grades upon request.
Standard configuration includes a manual start/stop control panel with overload protection. Optional upgrades include: (1) Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) for adjustable screw speed and soft start; (2) PLC control panel with HMI touchscreen for automated operation, fault alarms, and data logging; (3) Remote monitoring module for integration with SCADA systems.
